Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. Estimated shipping time: 10-14 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are shipped from Sweden.

Shipping Container

We ship most paintings framed on canvas as they are, and tightly secured with bubble wrap and other protective measures to ensure it arrives safely to its destination.

Some paintings are too big to shipped framed on canvas. If such is the case you will be notified as you make the order and can then proceed with it or cancel it. If a painting is too large to be transported safely framed - we will cut it out from the canvas and roll it up safely in a tube. If you receive a tube: it is important that you are careful while opening it and that you do not leave it in the tube for too long. Take it to your local framer as soon as possible!

The Status of Your Order


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at zevuls.contact@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please also understand that sometimes mail can be delayed and take into account the distance your order is being shipped.

We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return. Read more about our refund policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at zevuls.contact@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
